 Interactive Trading 248 (Pty) Ltd. t/a Sanfa (SANFA) has been successful as an Administrator of   

 Home Services Business since inception in 1996. SANFA was designed for efficient and cost

 effective Administration of Group Scheme and Individual Business.  This means that we effectively

 offer cover to large groups of policyholders or offer cover to individual policyholders.  In the Group

 Scheme Market, SANFA deals only with intermediaries or Contractors, as they are known in the

 Home Services Industry.

 

 During 1998, SANFA reached the stage where it was ready for a second Product.  After market

 research it was decided to launch a Funeral Scheme to the Short Term Insurance Industry.

 

 The principles that we have historically applied to SANFA include

 Dealing only with reputable companies / brokers;

 Pooling of risk.

 Monitoring pools on a monthly basis;

 Commitment to training and education of Intermediaries;

 

 SANFA has as its objective to provide a service to policyholders, intermediaries and underwriters   

 alike and to release the entire administrative burden.
